HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
www.17track.net is the best way to track your packages, our tracking also works with PHLPOST www.tracking.phlpost.gov.ph.

We ship using Registered Airmail which comes with tracking and needs your signature upon receipt.

All packages comes with a tracking number, the tracking will update once the package is out of the country, however updates are dependent on the destination or receiving country.

Tracking for packages bound to Canada for example stops once we send out the package. The tracking will not update after but you will see it live once the order is shipped or returned to sender. 

Shipping to Canada also takes longer than most, sometimes up to 2-3 months.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping prices are determined by the weight of your order and your shipping address. In order to determine the cost of your shipment, please place the items in your basket and advance to checkout. Your shipping costs will be calculated after you enter your ship to address.

Covered in the shipping computation are: Shipping and handling, packing materials, PayPal fees, bank fees and peso-dollar conversion fees.

We make every effort to ship your order promptly, in-stocks ship within 1-2 weeks after your order has been confirmed and authorized, excluding processing times. Please expect delays during holidays, shop update times and orders combined with pre-orders.

Orders are shipped via Registered Airmail or EMS. Delivery time varies on your location. Usually 1-2 weeks for Asian countries, 1-3 months Canada, and 3-6 weeks everywhere else. 

 

CANCELLATION/RETURN POLICY

All purchases made are final. Please  understand that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items you received are damaged to a great degree or different from what you ordered. We do not accept order cancellations, especially on pre-order items. Please only order once you are 100% sure.

INSURANCE

Package insurance is not available using PHLPost Registered Airmail. If you wish your package to be insured, we can send it using DHL Express. Please email us if you'd like to go with this option.

We are not responsible for lost, tampered or damaged packages handled by third party couriers. We do out utmost best to pack your orders safely however, lost parcels are out of our hands and cannot be replaced without opting for a package insurance option. If you would like a shipping option with insurance please email us at [email protected].

Please make sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order. Once your package is shipped it's out of our hands and we cannot control what happens to it. 

All items are mailed in standard bubble padded mailers.

 

IN CASE OF RETURN TO SENDER

We'd be glad to resend the package back to you but shipping fees will again be charged to your PayPal account.

You may opt to refund your order but the shipping fee, PayPal fee, and 10% restocking fee will be deducted.
